1. Order Processing and Shipping

  • Processing and Shipping Times: We have a variety of unique items that are processed and shipped from different locations around the world. While we always aim to get your order to you as soon as possible, sometimes it might take a bit longer than expected. Don't worry, though! If there's a delay with your order, the estimated delivery date you see at checkout will be updated to reflect this.
  • Tracking Your Order: Once your order is on its way, the courier company will provide you with the shipping time and a tracking number, so you can see when to expect your purchase.
  • Shipping Within the United States: Right now, we're shipping exclusively within the United States. But stay tuned! We're looking to expand and start shipping to other countries soon.
  • Delays During Busy Times: Sometimes, when we get a lot of orders all at once, things can get a bit busy. This might cause a short delay in sending out your order. If this happens, please bear with us and allow a few extra days for your items to arrive. Rest assured, if there’s any significant delay, we’ll let you know via email.
  • Shipping Charges: At checkout, the shipping charges will be calculated and added to your total. These charges depend on where you’re located and the size and weight of your package.

What Happens If My Order Is Delayed?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

I entered the wrong address at the time of checkout. Can I change it?

If the order is still in the processing phase then we can still change it. Please contact us at  sonya@misssonyanicole.com as soon as possible. However, if the order is already shipped then we can’t do anything in that case.

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:  

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
  • Ask your local post office if they have your package
  • Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them  

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at sonya@misssonyanicole.com with your order number.    

If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.

Please note:

  • Any unclaimed package will be returned back to us. And, you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment
  • It is recommended that customers provide a secure delivery address, such as their home or place of employment, to prevent lost or stolen parcels.

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at sonya@misssonyanicole.com.  

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at sonya@misssonyanicole.com within fourteen (14) days with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

2. Delivery of Digital Products

Instant Delivery of Digital Products: When you purchase digital products from Misssonyanicole, such as eBooks, you can expect instant delivery. There’s no waiting for physical shipping – your purchased items will be swiftly delivered directly to your provided or registered email address.

Email Delivery Process:

  • Upon Purchase: As soon as you complete your purchase, we prepare your digital product for delivery.
  • Email Notification: You will receive an email notification to your provided or registered email address, containing the download link or access instructions for your digital product.
  • Accessing Your Product: Simply click on the link in the email to access or download your product. Ensure that your email address is correct at checkout to avoid any delays.

Ensure Accurate Email Information: It’s crucial that you provide an accurate and active email address during the checkout process. We cannot be responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect email addresses.

Assistance with Delivery: If you do not receive your digital product within a reasonable time frame after your purchase, please check your email’s spam or junk folder. If it’s not there, feel free to reach out to us at sonya@misssonyanicole.com for assistance.

3. Disclaimer

  • We reserve the right to exercise discretion and may choose not to process or ship any order.

  • We do not offer shipping to multiple locations per order.

  • All orders are processed and shipped on business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

  • For security reasons, we do not deliver to military bases or accept orders with incomplete recipient information or unidentifiable addresses.

  • Misssonyanicole is not liable for shipping or delivery delays caused by natural or uncontrollable events.

  • We are not responsible for courier-related delays, such as customs clearance, as they are beyond our control.

  • Transit time does not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
